Fluke Adds New Features to Line of Industrial Thermal Cameras

The revamping applies to all models, from pocket-sized devices such as the Ti120 to 640 x 480 resolution and high-definition cameras such as the Ti400 PRO and TiX500 series.

Fluke, a manufacturer of professional electronic test tools and software for measuring and condition monitoring, has revamped its line of industrial thermal cameras by adding premium features to all its models, thus providing higher value to its products.

The PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imager withstands dirt and moisture and can survive a 1-meter drop. The product can carry out quick temperature scans of electrical equipment, pumps, motors, building systems, HVAC and process control equipment for hot spots and cold spots that can indicate possible problems. With the added Fluke Connect Asset Tagging and IR-Fusion feature, the pocket-sized thermal camera eliminates the sorting and organizing of infrared images by scanning the asset’s QR code or barcode. The touchscreen display offers IR-Fusion, which blends a visible light image with an infrared one by sliding a finger across the screen.

The Ti400 PRO and TiX500 series Fluke thermal cameras with 640 x 480 pixels resolution include features such as MultiSharp Focus, which can inspect multiple complex targets from varying distances by automatically processing a stack of images focused near and far. Additionally, the products include a built-in laser distance meter that calculates and displays the distance from a designated target and immediately adjusts the focus, on-camera image editing and analysis, advanced thermal sensitivity, process monitoring with video recording, live video streaming, remote control or auto capture.
