Fitness-Focused Community Opens in VA
The 282-unit community features top-tier professional-quality health and wellness amenities. Greystar is the manager of the luxury residential asset that includes 34 affordable units.

Chesapeake Realty Partners have opened Belvoir Square Apartments in Fort Belvoir, Va. Greystar is the community’s manager and has pre-leased 11 percent of the total 282 units.
Located at 9142 Richmond Highway, the community’s unit mix consists of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 556 to 1,173 square feet. Each unit has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full-size washer and dryers, garden-style tub and USB outlets. Property amenities include controlled access, business center, clubhouse, standalone rental office and 479 parking stalls. The five-story building also includes first-floor retail.
Additionally, Belvoir Square also features the nation’s first MyEquilibria outdoor gym, imported from Italy. The fitness center offers year-round open-air workout including calisthenics and free-body weight training. The gym is surrounded by stations with box steps, parallettes, level and incline benches, a battle rope and sliding rotating push-up handles. The LEED-proposed community has environmentally-conscious features such as energy-efficient appliances and windows, lighting and climate control systems.
According to Yardi Matrix, 34 units of Belvoir Square Apartments are affordable.
