Voorhees, N.J.—Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE), a real estate brokerage and advisory firm, recently represented Evesham Building Associates LLC in the exclusive leasing and marketing of an approximately 16,270-square-foot medical office suite in Voorhees, N. J., to Regional Women’s Health Group, LLC, a private physician practice in New Jersey.

Located at 2401 Evesham Rd., the property provides convenient access to Route 73 and Haddonfield Berlin Road. The office park is adjacent to the Virtua Health & Wellness Medical Campus and has visibility along Evesham Road.
The multi-tenant and currently fully leased medical office building is surrounded by many healthcare providers, including Delaware Valley Urology, Garden State OB/GYN Associates, Women’s Imaging of South Jersey and LabCorp.
WCRE’s Managing Principal, Jason Wolf, exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction. At the beginning of this year, WCRE was appointed exclusive agent by Welltower Inc. for its Southern New Jersey medical office portfolio totaling 436,800 square feet of space.
