EverWest Nabs SF-Area 109 KSF Office Tower
City Center Realty Partners sold The Offices at Public Market in Emeryville, Calif., to a joint venture between EverWest Real Estate Partners and Black Salmon.

EverWest Real Estate Partners teamed up with Black Salmon to acquire The Offices at Public Market from City Center Realty Partners. The 109,242-square-foot office tower in Emeryville, Calif., was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Located at 6001 Shellmound St., the eight-story asset is part of a larger mixed-use property that includes retail, residential and hotel. A significant portion of the project’s retail space is currently under redevelopment, scheduled for completion within the next 24 months. Tenants at The Offices at Public Market include Manifest MedEx, Emeryville Occupational Medical Center and The Crown Publishing Group.Â
The office tower offers convenient access to interstates 80 and 580. The property also sits within walking distance of multiple bus stations, restaurants and hotels, including Denny’s, Hyatt House and Four Points by Sheraton.
Earlier this month, EverWest also purchased a three-building Seattle industrial portfolio, totaling more than 130,000 square feet.
