Dermody Properties Lands Tenant at Inland Empire Warehouse

Dermody Properties has closed a new lease at its LogistiCenterSM at Eastvale Building 6 in Eastvale, Calif., with a Fortune 500 company.

LogistiCenter at EastvaleSM is a Class A distribution and warehouse park totaling more than 1 million square feet. The property comprises six buildings. Building 6 is the largest, consisting of 501,649 square feet, and will be used as a distribution facility. Building 6 also offers 318 parking spaces in a 0.63 per 1,000 square feet parking ratio, according to Commercial Edge data.

Buildings 2, 3 and 4 are still available for lease. The facilities feature between 61,236 and 161,120 square feet and between six and 21 dock high doors. A good number of parking spaces are also available. Buildings 1 and 5 are already fully leased.

Located at 6251 Archibald Ave., LogistiCenterSM at Eastvale is some 7 miles south of Ontario International Airport and less than 4 miles east of Chino Airport. Interstate 15 is also 3 miles east of the warehouse park.

In December of last year, Dermody acquired 961 acres of land in El Mirage, Ariz., for the development of Copperwing Logistics Center. The industrial park the company plans to build at the location is slated to have 10 million square feet of speculative space and 300 acres reserved for build-to-suit clients, making it one of the largest industrial parks ever built in the Grand Canyon state.
