Denver Hotel Changes Hands

The buyer plans to renovate the property and convert it into a branded hotel. Best Inn & Suites offers convenient access to the Denver International Airport.

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Best Inn & Suites, a 190-key hotel in Denver. The company represented both the seller and the buyer. A limited liability company sold the asset for $11 million.

Located at 4590 Quebec St., off Interstate 70, the five-story, pet-friendly hotel is eight miles from downtown Denver and about 20 miles from the Denver International Airport. Various entertainment venues such as the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Denver Zoo, Pepsi Center and Sports Authority Field at Mile High are nearby.

Denver’s Best Inn & Suites offers more than 2,100 square feet of meeting space and other common area amenities including:

  • indoor/outdoor pool
  • spa
  • fitness center
  • business center
  • laundry facilities
  • breakfast buffet
  • Wi-Fi
  • tennis court
  • conference space
  • lobby fireplace

Investment specialists Joshua Tammen and Gordon Allred of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix and Ontario offices marketed the property on behalf of the seller, while Dustin Robinett, Chris Gomes and Allan Miller worked on behalf of the buyer, which plans to renovate and convert the property into a branded hotel.
