DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Announces $10M Treatment Center in Albuquerque

The Naples, Florida-based DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group, LLC has announced the development of a new residential treatment center in Albuquerque for Acadia Healthcare. The construction of the facility will be divided into two phases.

The Naples, Fla.-based DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group LLC has announced the development of a new residential treatment center in Albuquerque for Acadia Healthcare. The construction of the facility will be divided into two phases.

The first phase of construction will end by May 2015, reports the Birmingham Business Journal. It will consist of a 120-bed treatment center plus a modern living and learning area that will serve troubled youths. The second phase will begin soon after the first one is finalized, around May 2015. This part of the construction will consist of the renovation of about 50,000 square feet of two of Desert Hills’ existing properties on the campus. This phase will also create classrooms, a new kitchen and dining area, day treatment rooms and administrative space, as well as three new activity yards and one playground area.

The construction job cost is estimated at $10 million. The program manager will be NoliWhite Group, and the architect will be Stengel Hill Architecture.
