Cushman & Wakefield appointed Ken Loeber as president and Terry Rennaker as senior managing director of its Project & Development Services team. Loeber and Rennaker are based in Charlotte and are the founding principals of Eagle Rock Partners, a specialty project management firm focused on corporate project and development management.

Loeber’s responsibilities will include developing the PDS service delivery and expansion across the Americas, which covers project, development and program management for market and account-based clients. He will report to Tod Lickerman, chief executive of the Americas.

Before Eagle Rock, Loeber held leadership roles with Foundry Commercial, CBRE and Trammell Crow Co. He has more than two decades of experience in assisting clients in developing strategies and action plans to identify market opportunities and paths for service improvement and greater efficiency and transparency in the delivery of complex projects and programs.

“Ken is truly a top leader in our industry with a broad background in project management, corporate services and development management,” said Lickerman, in prepared remarks. “He is one of the original pioneers in developing outsourced corporate real estate services across the U.S. and around the world. He’s been a great competitor over the years, and we’re very excited to have him join us to help Cushman & Wakefield to maximize our PDS platform and deliver industry-leading client services across the Americas.”
