Cushman & Wakefield appointed Ken Loeber as president and Terry Rennaker as senior managing director of its Project & Development Services team. Loeber and Rennaker are based in Charlotte and are the founding principals of Eagle Rock Partners, a specialty project management firm focused on corporate project and development management.
Loeber’s responsibilities will include developing the PDS service delivery and expansion across the Americas, which covers project, development and program management for market and account-based clients. He will report to Tod Lickerman, chief executive of the Americas.
Before Eagle Rock, Loeber held leadership roles with Foundry Commercial, CBRE and Trammell Crow Co. He has more than two decades of experience in assisting clients in developing strategies and action plans to identify market opportunities and paths for service improvement and greater efficiency and transparency in the delivery of complex projects and programs.
“Ken is truly a top leader in our industry with a broad background in project management, corporate services and development management,” said Lickerman, in prepared remarks. “He is one of the original pioneers in developing outsourced corporate real estate services across the U.S. and around the world. He’s been a great competitor over the years, and we’re very excited to have him join us to help Cushman & Wakefield to maximize our PDS platform and deliver industry-leading client services across the Americas.”
Rennaker’s responsibilities will be to enhance client services within PDS and expand specialty practices including Critical Environments. He will report to Loeber.
Rennaker previously held leadership roles with Skanska USA, CBRE and Trammell Crow Co. Serving as vice president at Skanska, he was responsible for guiding the re-envisioning of the data center as well as management of integrated solutions development. As a CBRE director, Rennaker led design and construction for a $700 million program for two data centers as well as the CBRE Global Knowledge Network for Critical Properties.
With the addition of Loeber and Rennaker, Gary Helminski will take over the role of head of development management. Since joining the company in 2008, Helminski helped design the PDS team and its end-to-end process for workplace environments.
