Cushman & Wakefield has selected Stephen Sander as its newest senior director of industrial brokerage. He will be based in the firm’s East Rutherford, N.J., office and will work closely with a team comprising Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Steve Elman, Michael Terranova, Kim Bach and Cathy Bounczek. In his new role, he will focus on industrial leasing and sales.
“With his knowledge and experience of the industrial space in the New Jersey market, Stephen will be a valuable addition to our existing industrial brokerage practice,” Cushman New Jersey Region Managing Principal Andrew Judd said in a prepared statement.
Prior to joining the firm, Sander served as first vice president at CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics division. Before that, he was a senior associate and dealt with leasing and sales, providing real estate advisory and transaction services to public and private sector clients. From 2003 to 2005, he was vice president at Weichert Commercial Brokerage.
Sander holds a B.S. from William Paterson University and graduated the R101 Appraisal Program.
