Cushman & Wakefield to Lease 150 KSF Miami Office Asset

The LEED Silver-certified property is part of Duke Realty's four-building community in Pembroke Pines.

MiamiCushman & Wakefield has been appointed exclusive agent for a 143,535-square-foot building in Southwest Broward County, Fla. Pembroke Pointe 880 is a new Class A office building owned and developed by Duke Realty. Executive Director Deanna Lobinsky, Executive Director Travis Herring, Director Katherine Ridgway and Associate Chase Kulp are marketing the LEED Silver-certified property.

Located at 880 SW 145th Ave., Pembroke Pointe 880 is part of a planned four-building office campus and in close proximity to The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, an approximately 400,000-square-foot outdoor lifestyle center with various restaurants, shops and service providers. The four-story asset offers easy access to I-75, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and Miami International Airport.

Built in 2015, the building features 36,111-square-foot floor plates, upscale lobby and common areas, 5.5 parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet and 10 additional acres available for other commercial development.
