Crown Tenant Advisors Hires New MDs

Crown Tenant Advisors Inc., a boutique health-care real estate firm, has hired David Stose and Dennis Yokum as its new managing directors.

With 20 years of industry experience, Stose will focus on dental, medical and veterinary tenant and buyer representation in Nashville, Memphis and Chattanooga, Tenn. Previously, he worked as an equipment sales specialist for Henry Schein Dental.

“We continue to see a lot of opportunity in Tennessee,” said Andrew Riepe, president of Crown Tenant Advisors, in a prepared statement. “Dave’s solid reputation, relationships, and expertise in healthcare will serve Crown Tenant Advisors and his clients well.”

A licensed commercial real estate broker, Yokum will oversee dental, medical and veterinary tenant and buyer operations in Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol and Knoxville, Tenn. Prior to joining Crown Tenant Advisors, he was a 3-D imaging specialist at Dentsply Sirona.

“Dennis brings strong Eastern Tennessee ties, along with a talent and enthusiasm for analysis and negotiation,” said Riepe in prepared remarks. “This insight will give his clients and Crown Tenant Advisors a certain advantage in the Tennessee market.”
