CPE Announces the 2025 Influence Awards Winners

Commercial Property Executive unveiled the winners of the 2025 Influence Awards, honoring noteworthy commercial real estate developments, transactions, professionals and business strategies. Announced during a virtual event, the program awarded 49 Bronze, Silver, Gold and Honorable Mention accolades across 25 different categories.

Stephen Ross, founder & longtime chairman of the Related Cos. and founder & CEO of Related Ross, took home the editorially determined Lifetime Achievement Award for a 50-plus career in commercial real estate development. Ross’ most notable projects include Manhattan’s Hudson Yards and Deutsche Bank Center, in addition to West Palm Beach’s CityPlace mixed-use development. The third CRE leader to be named to CPE’s Lifetime Achievement Hall of Fame, he joins Jeff DeBoer and Goldie Wolfe.

Shawn Clark, CEO of CRG, and Carter Andrus, COO of Prologis, both delivered keynote addresses. CRG received the Humanitarian Award, while Andrus was CPE‘s Industrial Executive of the Year Gold Award winner.

Influence Award winners are determined by an independent panel of judges. This year’s judges included:
