Developer Crescent Estates Custom Homes has completed the first phase of its luxury community The Courtyards at Normandy. Phases II and III are to follow, adding new landscaping, plantings and seasonal colors to the luxury community.

Occupying both sides of the 4500 block of Normandy Avenue, The Courtyards will consist upon completion of 36 custom-built three-story homes with four unique floor plans, featuring elevators and views of a courtyard, while planned amenities include a cabana and pool. Homes feature private patios, wrought-iron balconies, two-car garages and brick motor courts. The four types of homes vary in size from approximately 2,981 to 3,417 square feet, with the largest option featuring three bedrooms, three baths plus two powder rooms, a two-car garage, a library, game and theater rooms and a balcony.

Located within one of the most desirable suburban areas of Dallas, The Courtyards at Normandy is close to several employment centers, schools, hospitals, shopping and recreational areas, standing just blocks away from Highland Park Village, The Plaza at Preston Center and the Dallas Arts District.

With its first phase now complete, Ebby Halliday Real Estate has already started marketing the property; according to the Dallas Business Journal, the three-story homes are priced at $890,000 to $990,000.
