CRG Kicks Off 911 KSF Columbus Industrial Expansion
The two buildings will come online next year.

CRG has broken ground on two industrial facilities totaling 911,040 square feet at The Cubes at Etna, its 305-acre master-planned industrial park in Etna, Ohio. Both facilities are slated for completion in 2027.
CRG is developing the two buildings in partnership with an affiliate of LXP Industrial Trust. LJC Design & Engineering serves as architect, while Contegra Construction is the general contractor. KBC Advisors is handling leasing efforts.
Building B will encompass 750,120 square feet and is fully leased to Omega Morgan, which already occupies another facility at the park. Building C, totaling 160,920 square feet, is being developed on a speculative basis and is expected to deliver next summer.

The larger facility will rise on more than 37 acres and feature 40-foot clear heights, 141 dock-high loading doors, four drive-in doors and 185-foot truck courts. Plans also call for 397 vehicle parking spaces and 219 trailer stalls.
Building C will occupy roughly 10 acres and include 32-foot clear heights, 30 dock doors, two drive-in doors and an 185-foot truck court. The property will also provide 174 vehicle parking spaces and 63 trailer stalls. Both projects benefit from a 15-year, 100 percent tax abatement.
The Cubes at Etna approaches build-out
At full build-out, The Cubes at Etna will comprise six buildings totaling approximately 3.7 million square feet. Three facilities totaling more than 2.5 million square feet are already complete, while Building F is the last one to be constructed. The pad-ready site can accommodate a build-to-suit facility of up to 337,590 square feet.
The campus sits next to the Interstate 70 interchange at State Route 310, about 20 miles from downtown Columbus and Rickenbacker International Airport. CRG acquired the site with LXP in 2018 and has expanded the park in phases as demand for large-format distribution space has grown across the region.
Columbus’ big-box industrial activity continues
Columbus recorded 18.4 million square feet of industrial leasing activity through the third quarter, according to KBC Advisors. Buildings of at least 700,000 square feet accounted for 7.7 million square feet of that volume, underscoring continued demand for large-scale logistics facilities.
As of early November, Columbus had 30 industrial projects totaling more than 17.5 million square feet under construction, according to Yardi Matrix. Large-scale developments represented much of that pipeline, with 11 projects of at least 500,000 square feet totaling 11.6 million square feet.
Just last month, another large warehouse broke ground. Ambrose started work on the second building within its Columbus Logistics Park – West, which is set to span about 1.1 million square feet. This marks the second building within the three-facility campus.
