Corporex Sells Denver CBD Office Asset
Northstar Commercial Partners is the new owner of Offices at the Art. The 52,000-square-foot property is fully occupied by Four Winds Interactive.

Offices at the Art in Denver
Northstar Commercial Partners has acquired Offices at the Art in Denver’s CBD. Corporex sold the 52,000-square-foot property for $17.1 million.
The six- and nine-story Class A office building at 1221 Broadway St. was completed in 2015. Offices at the Art is fully occupied by Four Winds Interactive, a visual communication firm. The property features floor plates as large as 24,882 square feet, and more than 100 parking spaces. The asset offers easy access to multiple bus stations, restaurants and hotels, including La Stella Ristorante, Patterson Inn and Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & Breakfast Inn.
The transaction closing announcement comes a few weeks after CoBiz Financial signed a lease at Granite Tower, a 563,000-square-foot Denver office high-rise located about 1.5 miles from Offices at the Art.
