Bringing his tenant-representation experience from CB Richard Ellis, Vince Tuminelli has joined Colliers International’s New York office as an executive managing director.

In his new position, Tuminelli will be responsible for expanding the tenant representation and corporate services divisions. As a senior vice president at CBRE’s New York office, Tuminelli closed more than 6 million feet in transactions over four years as a representative of Philips Electronics North America Corp and Marubeni America Corp.

Tuminelli’s tenant-representation focus takes its roots from early in his career, when he represented owners and directed leasing. He has tackled assignments such as the lease-up for the 2.2 million-square-foot 11 Madison Avenue, a one million-square-foot consulting assignment on behalf of Kumagi Gumi at 1177 Sixth Avenue, and arranging for the sale of 500,000 square feet of manufacturing plants for Philips Electronics Mexico.

Colliers International Tri-State CEO Mark Jaccom said that Tuminelli has built his career on providing corporate clients with strong solutions, adding that he brings vast experience, industry relationships and an energetic approach to client service.

Tuminelli earned his MBA from St. John’s University.
