Colliers South FL Taps New Vice President

Tom Farmer, Colliers International South Florida

Colliers International South Florida has extended their multi-disciplinary office brokerage team with Tom Farmer as vice president.

Farmer has more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, has implemented comprehensive leasing strategies for more than 750,000 square feet of office properties and is also specialized in landlord representation for property owners and institutional clients in South Florida and throughout the state. His track record includes positions with Franklin Street, CBRE and Terranova Corp.

In his new position, Farmer will be part of a team of eight professionals delivering institutional leasing services to 16 clients representing 4.3 million square feet of office, flex and industrial assets across South Florida as well as representing select tenants in South Florida and around the U.S.

Among his future assignments will be The Gateway at Wynwood, R&B Realty’s proposed 420,000 square foot building, which will include 200,000 square feet of Class A office space. “More than ever, having an office broker that has both the ability to interpret the abundance of data as well the experience to advocate for our clients is a major differentiator in occupancy outcomes,” said Executive Vice President Stephen Rutchik, in prepared remarks.
