Colliers Appoints Regional President
David Josker will oversee all of the firm's southwestern offices. Most recently, he served as CBRE managing director in the Los Angeles area.

David Josker has joined Colliers International as president of the southwest region. In this new capacity, he will supervise all southwestern Colliers offices and focus on advancing the company’s growth objectives.
Josker has more than 15 years of experience across industry sectors. Most recently, he was CBRE Managing Director of the Los Angeles North region, responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of more than 200 professionals. Prior to that, Josker was CBRE Managing Director of Asset Services for Greater Los Angeles, managing projects totaling more than 90 million square feet.
