The property also features a 305-space parking garage.
Widely recognized as one of Nashville’s landmarks, L&C Tower is situated in the heart of a walkable urban district, offering close proximity to restaurants, retailers, hotels and entertainment venues such as Ryman Auditorium, Lower Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame.
The tower was constructed in 1957 as the headquarters of Life & Casualty Insurance Co. For decades, the building was recognized as the tallest structure in Nashville and the South.
