CBRE to Lease Suburban Philly Office Asset

The 180,000-square-foot One Plymouth—which was constructed in 1969 and is located within Plymouth Meeting Mall Campus—is set to undergo a complete makeover.

Real estate investment firm Keystone Property Group named CBRE as exclusive leasing agent for One Plymouth, a 180,000-square-foot office building located at 502 W. Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting, Penn. A team fronted by Executive Vice President Scott Gabrielsen, First Vice President Mike Barker and Associate Cody Lehrer will handle all leasing operations for the building.

Upcoming redevelopment

According to Yardi Matrix, the nine-story asset sits on a 5-acre parcel and was constructed in 1969. A complete redevelopment of the building is already underway, upon which it will become a Class A property seeking LEED certification. Amenities will include an expansive lobby, state-of-the-art wellness center, modern conference rooms, nine-foot ceiling heights, flexible floorplates and 700 parking spaces.

The property is located within the Plymouth Meeting Mall Campus, facing Interstate 476 and Pennsylvania Turnpike. Neighboring amenities include retailers, restaurants, medical centers and hotels. One Plymouth provides tenants with easy access to various SEPTA bus lines, as well as to Wings Field Airport, which is located within a five-minute drive.
