CBRE Promotes New South Florida Managing Directors

In their new roles, Scott Correale and Patty Nooney will focus on supervising CBRE’s regional operations, working under Arden Karson’s supervision.

CBRE has appointed Scott Correale and Patty Nooney as managing directors in Broward and Palm Beach, Fla. In these new positions, Correale and Nooney will be supervising the company’s local operations. They will both be reporting to Arden Karson, senior managing director for the South Florida region.

Scott Correale joined the CBRE team in 2015. Overseeing sales management, business development growth strategies, training, recruiting and client care initiatives, he also serves as the firm’s senior sales director for Florida. Having been with the company for more than 10 years, Patricia Nooney leads CBRE’s Asset Services division in the state, providing management, leasing and financial services to office, industrial and retail properties owners. Nooney has more than 200 management and engineering professionals under her supervision.

“South Florida is an incredibly dynamic region, with each county having its own identity and defined market fundamentals,” said Karson, in prepared remarks. “The markets are growing at unprecedented rates and our professionals are effectively expanding our footprint throughout the region. In recent months, we’ve had multiple promotions and new hires joining our South Florida team.”
