A partnership between REO Fund 2 LLC and Transwestern has secured a 60,402-square-foot lease for Newell Brands Inc.—a global marketer of consumer and commercial products with a portfolio of brands including Yankee Candle, Rubbermaid and Sharpie—at Morgan Falls Office Park.
Newell Brands will occupy Building 100, a three-story property. REO Fund 2 LLC Manager Garett Backman and Transwestern Senior Vice President Jeff Taylor represented the owner (REO Asset Strategies), while CBRE represented the tenant.
Located at 7840 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Ga., Morgan Falls Office Park is a five-building business site built in 1987. Common-area amenities include controlled access and more than 250 parking spaces. According to Yardi Matrix, the property includes 1,711 square feet of retail space. Interstate 285 and Georgia State Route 400 are both easily accessible from the property.
