CBRE Appoints Healthcare Capital Markets Lead

The Atlanta-based first vice president will focus on debt and structured finance solutions for the company’s healthcare and life science clients.

CBRE has promoted Sabrina Solomiany from senior director to first vice president of its national Healthcare Capital Markets team. Based in Atlanta, Solomiany has been with the company for more than five years. In her new role, she will focus on debt and structured finance solutions for the company’s healthcare and life science clients.

Since joining the HCM team, the industry veteran has been involved in closing deals valued at approximately $3.8 billion and totaling more than 12 million square feet. She will continue to work with Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher, vice chairmen and co-heads of Healthcare Capital Markets. Her capital sources include life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, mortgage REITs and Wall Street CMBS investment banks.

Solomiany’s real estate career spans for more than 16 years, having previously served as an associate director at HFF. During her appointment with the company, Solomiany was involved in the execution of $1.6 billion in commercial real estate transactions. She holds a bachelor’s of science from the University of Florida.
