CBRE Adds New EVP in Pennsylvania

Ken Bleznak brings more than 30 years of experience in the retail sector to this role, having previously served as president of Atlantic Real Estate Group.

CBRE, which recently hired an executive in Dallas, has expanded its team with the appointment of Ken Bleznak as executive vice president. He will be based in the company’s Radnor, Penn., office and will be in charge of tenant representation and consulting services in the greater Philadelphia region, as well as nationwide.

The new executive has more than 30 years of retail experience, having previously represented notable companies including Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, BJ’s Restaurant Group, California Pizza Kitchen, Redstone American Grill, Lululemon, Dave & Buster’s, A.C. Moore and Citizens Bank. Before he joined CBRE, Bleznak was founder & president of Atlantic Real Estate Group since 2002. Prior to that, he worked at Jackson-Cross (Insignia/ESG), Metro Commercial and Colliers.
