Mankind has been expanding into the West for centuries now, why should Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors be any different? The company, an independent affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial, is set to increase its focus on the Western U.S. in general and on California in particular after appointing a new President of the Asset Services Division.
Robert Cord was welcomed as the new Asset Services Division leader by Brandon Fugal, chairman of CBC Advisors who noted that “his unmatched expertise and leadership will set a new standard as we expand our Asset Services Division.” Cord is joining Coldwell Banker after a stint with Voit Real Estate Services where he handled a portfolio in the real estate services platform, involving most aspects of management. He brings 25 years of diversified management experience to the table, having handled portfolios of 12, 19 and 14 million square feet with Voit, Cassidy Turley and Kennedy Wilson, respectively. A University of California-Davis alumnus, Robert also previously acted as managing director at CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services and held management positions at TRI Commercial Real Estate Services and Grubb & Ellis.
The new and improved CBC Advisors team also added Heidi Becker as director of the Southwest in San Diego, Ivette Barnet, director of the Greater Los Angeles based in the Inland Empire, and Ross Tolbert as director of operations from the Sacramento office. All three new directors are joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors from Voit Real Estate Services.
