Canyon Gate Takes on Four New Communities in the Past Five Months

An Associa company, Canyon Gate added to its community management portfolio three more communities since August; a fourth one will be joining in December. Canyon Gate will provide to all of them the full array of management services, including financial, community management, communications, record-keeping, and administrative services.

Associa Company subsidiary Canyon Gate has added three communities to its community management portfolio since August. A fourth one will be joining in December.

Canyon Gate will provide the full array of management services, including financial, community management, communications, record-keeping, and administrative services, to all the communities.

Los Sueños is a community formed of 24 homes with private streets throughout a Santa Fe neighborhood. Canyon Gate started management of the homeowners association on Aug. 1st, 2014.

The Trails at Seven-Bar South is located in Albuquerque. Its 175 single family homes have been under the Canyon Gate management since Sept. 1st, 2014.

Carson-Grande is also located in Albuquerque. Canyon Gate started the management operations on this community formed of 69 single family homes on Oct. 1st, 2014.

Sara’s Meadow in Rio Rancho is an 88 home gated community. Canyon Gate will begin management of its homeowner association on Dec. 1st, 2014.
