New York— Starwood Capital Group and Toll Brothers City Living have announced that 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, which they are developing in a joint venture, will open in early 2017. The 10-story, 194-key hotel will include 16,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor restaurant space, 16,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space, 2,000 square feet of retail space and 300 parking spaces.
Situated at 60 Furman St., just south of the iconic bridge in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood and minutes from downtown Manhattan, the hotel is designed by architecture studio Incorporated. The hotel includes 29 two- to six-bedroom suites and The Riverhouse, its presidential suite. Most rooms will offer views of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge and New York skyline, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Keeping with its eco-friendly focus, 1 Hotel’s rooms will also have custom eco-friendly mattresses by Keetsa and 100 percent organic cotton sheets. Guests of the newest 1 Hotel brand will enjoy amenities such as a spa, 50-seat screening room, fitness center, cocktail lounge located on the 10th floor, and a rooftop pool and lounge with day beds and fire pits.

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is set to make its debut in February 2017.
