Brand New Marriott Lands in Richmond

Fairfield Inn & Suites Richmond Midlothian

Richmond, Va.—Marriott has announced the opening of Fairfield Inn & Suites Richmond Midlothian. The 91-key property is owned by Sina Hospitality and will be managed by Newport Hospitality Group, both Virginia-based companies.

Situated at 150 North Pinetta Drive, the hotel is located within a 30-minute ride from Richmond International and less than 15 minutes from the city’s downtown area. The property also offers quick access to a great number of shopping and dining options along the Midlothian Turnpike, including the 1 million-square-foot Chesterfield Towne Center.

The new Richmond hotel offers five different room plans, ranging from 268-square-foot rooms with king beds to 468-square-foot suites. On-site amenities include 1,600 square feet of function space, an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, free breakfast—buffet, continental and hot—as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
