Boston’s Related Beal Appoints President

In her new role as president, Kimberly Sherman Stamler will be in charge of overall management and coordination of efforts towards new development and deal opportunities across the Boston area.

BostonRelated Beal, a fully integrated real estate firm and Boston-based affiliate of Related Companies, recently announced it has appointed Kimberly Sherman Stamler as president.

In her new role, Sherman Stamler will be in charge of overall management and coordination of efforts towards new development and deals across the Boston area. Serving as president, she will continue to work closely with Bruce Beal Sr., Related Beal chairman.

Having joined Related Companies in 1999, her most recent position was that of chief operating officer with Related Beal. Prior to this, she worked in Related’s New York City Office, having been responsible for overseeing Related’s residential operating portfolio.

Sherman Stamler boasts a 17-year track record of senior real estate expertise, having worked on several major projects, including The Hub’s Parcel 1B, the development of five buildings at Riverwalk on Manhattan’s Roosevelt Island, as well as two other important Boston projects: The Clarendon and One Back Bay.

Throughout the years, she has been responsible for development projects in excess of $2 billion. Majoring in Urban Studies, Sherman Stamler graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
