Boston Properties Inc., owner, manager and developer of Class A office properties, added Jonathan Lange as vice president of the company’s Los Angeles office. He will be responsible for leading new business development in the market, as well as leasing and managing the company’s assets in the area.
Prior to joining Boston Properties, he was senior vice president of capital markets at JLL in Los Angeles. He also served as vice president in tenant representation for the same company. Previously, Lange held an associate vice president role at a private equity real estate and infrastructure investment firm with $21 billion in assets under management. Over the last decade, he has overseen the development, disposition, acquisition, leasing and financing of more than $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
“Following our highly successful 2016 entry into the Los Angeles market with Colorado Center in Santa Monica, we have continued to build out our plans for further expansion in that market. We believe Jonathan is an excellent addition to our growing team there and we look forward to his contributions as we look to expand Boston Properties’ platform in Los Angeles and the surrounding region,” Boston Properties President Douglas Linde, said in prepared remarks.
