B. Café Triples Manhattan Footprint
NGKF announced that the brand will move into a new space on Amsterdam Avenue.

New York—B. Café, a Belgium-inspired restaurant with two locations in New York City, has leased the corner portion of 620 Amsterdam Ave., Newmark Grubb Knight Frank recently announced. The company leased roughly 3,800 square feet at the site, and will be relocating from its current location at 566 Amsterdam Ave., effectively tripling its space.
NGKF Retail Executive Vice President Jeffrey Roseman and Associate Lucas Kooyman represented the landlord, Roxann Management Corp., in the lease deal. Doug Kleiman of Ripco Real Estate Corp. represented B. Café.
“B. Café’s expansion into a new space three times its current size cements the Amsterdam Avenue corridor between 86th and 96th Streets as the burgeoning new food scene on the Upper West Side,” Kooyman said in a statement.
Other brands leasing space in the Amsterdam Avenue area include Danny Abrams’ Mermaid Inn, Kirsh Bakery & Kitchen, Mido Sushi, Tiny Treats Café, Coffee Berry and Sunflower Café. NGKF is also marketing 4,400 square feet of restaurant and retail space at 620 Amsterdam Ave., right next to B. Café’s new location.
