Avesis Undergoes Growing Pains in Phoenix

Administrator of healthcare programs Avesis Inc. has recently inked a long-term office lease at the Corporate Center in Phoenix, according to an announcement made by Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.

The firm leased more than 55,000 square feet of space in order to accommodate its need for additional space and be closer to its employees and customer base. Avesis will consolidate its two existing Phoenix offices at the center, which is located at 10400 North 25th Ave.

Todd Noel, CCIM & executive vice president with Colliers International, represented Avesis in the negotiation, The landlord, Bob Olshan, vice president & Phoenix office head for Crown West Realty, represented the owner, Crown West Realty, LLC.

“The Corporate Center offered Avesis an opportunity to occupy a full floor of the building. The large, efficient floorplates and heavy parking ratio, along with the building’s high-end finishes, made this the most attractive option in the marketplace for my client,” said Noel in a prepared statement.
