One of the most ambitious neighborhood revitalization projects in the entire city of Seattle is finally seeing plans come through as the first private residential project in the community is set to break ground. Spectrum Development Solutions, one of the companies tasked with the repositioning of Seattle’s Yesler Terrace, has been given the green light for its Anthem multifamily project. Still dominated by its history as one of the public housing districts built during World War II, Yesler Terrace is set to become a greatly updated and augmented living community.

A new apartment complex has been put for sale on the market as exclusive listing for Marcus & Millichap on a cash-to-existing-note basis. Lotus Village, built on 8.1 acres at 300 Fergusson Drive in north central Austin in 2012, has 222 units and is currently at 98 percent occupancy.

The development process for the Spring District project in Bellevue is now underway after the city’s official records point out permitting approved for two new office structures in the mixed-use neighborhood. Developed by Wright-Runstad, the Spring District will constitute a 36-acre, environmentally sustainable urban area that will replace the old Safeway Distribution Center in the Bel-Red Corridor.
