The Domain Companies has secured financing for its second residential project in Baton Rouge, The Addison. The New Orleans and New York-based developer first announced its plans to build the $23 million development at the end of September. Construction started in November.

Level 2 Development, LLC plans to bring an apartment building with more than 300 units in northeast Washington, D.C. The company has recently filed a Planned Unit Development Application with the Zoning Commission for a project called The Highline at Union Market.
