Associa Brings Its Community Management Services to Tucson

Community association management firm Associa recently launched Associa Arizona. The newest location was opened in Tucson, on Jan. 26.

Dallas, Texas-based Associa was founded by John Carona in 1979, and it has since become one of the largest North American community management providers with over 9,000 employees in more than 170 branch offices in the United States, Mexico and Canada. The company has recently announced its expansion into the Middle East and North Africa with the opening of a regional office in Dubai, UAE.

With offices in Scottsdale, Gold Canyon and from now on in Tucson, Associa Arizona provides community association management and development services to communities throughout the Grand Canyon State. Its array of services also includes accounting and financial services, association and developer consulting, real estate and title services and rental management.

The new Tucson enterprise includes the rebranded name for Associa’s Lewis Management Resources.  Paula Randolph, president and CEO of Associa Arizona, believes the new name unites the Tucson operations with the other branches in the state, and it will better reflect the Associa brand.

“We will still provide local attention to our communities and have now more than doubled our in-state workforce,” she added. The name change will not affect customers, associations, vendors or communities managed by Lewis Management Resources, the parent company claims in a news release. The new office is located at 6840 N. Oracle Road, Suite 130.
