The net-metered solar facility is spread across 20 acres and consists of 15,930 photovoltaic modules supported by 1,283 racking ports. It is expected to produce approximately 7.5 kilowatt-hours of renewable electricity in the first year.

Debt financing for the project was provided by Seminole Financial Services through a construction and a permanent loan. Development capital and project equity were arranged by GoldenSet Capital Partners in its role as sub-advisor to the North Sky Capital Alliance Fund II.
