Amenities will include monitored security alarms in every unit, digital cameras, covered drive-thru unloading/loading zones, individually ventilated air-conditioned units, a business center for tenants, wine storage, and a retail center offering every type of moving boxes and various storage products.

Amazing Spaces is also planning the construction of its sixth location in the state. The 98,000-square-foot facility will be located just south of The Woodlands and less than a mile from the new Exxon Mobile corporate campus in Spring, Texas. The new property will also serve as an official Green Spot Drop Off for the recycling of electronics.

“We love being able to change the perception about self-storage.  We’re excited about starting construction on this project at FM 2978 and are looking forward to breaking ground on our sixth property later this year,” Scott Tautenhahn, president of Amazing Spaces, said in prepared remarks.

Operated by Scott and Kathy Tautenhahn, Amazing Spaces has been a leading provider of high-quality storage space for residents of Houston and surrounding localities since 1998. According to a poll taken by the site WoodlandsOnline.com, the company has been voted the best self-storage facility in the Woodlands for the last six years.
