Aaron’s Inc. Signs 10 Year Lease with Cushman & Wakefield

Rent-to-own retailer Aaron's Inc. will relocate its IT operations into Parthenon Realty Investors' office part in Atlanta.

Chastain-CenterAtlanta–Aaron’s Inc., a rent-to-own furniture, electronics and appliances retailer, has signed a 10 year lease for a 52,000-square-foot space with Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency Leasing. The lease takes effect March 1, 2015. Aaron’s will consolidate its IT operations at 500 Chastain Boulevard.

The Chastain Center is a six-building office park totaling 304,000 square feet of office space. The 28-acre office park is located between Interstates 75 and 575 in the Kennesaw Town Center.

Aaron’s will move into space previously occupied by AT&T. The Chastain Center will have 75 percent occupancy.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Will Porter and Porter Henritze represented Parthenon Realty Investors in the transaction, and Kirk Diamond of DTZ represented Aaron’s.
