It is the second loan MDH has closed with Capital One this year. In April, the firm closed the Everest Loan, a $195.9 million financing that supported MDH’s acquisition of a seven-building portfolio of institutional-quality warehouses spanning 1.6 million square feet. Lester also originated the Everest Loan that covers property acquired in the Nashville, Salt Lake City, Dallas-Fort Worth and Inland Empire West markets.

In June 2024, MDH expanded an existing loan from Capital One from $130 million to $162 million to support acquisitions in Phoenix and Chicago.

This year in March, MDH closed on a $946.8 million package that refinanced a portfolio of 59 industrial assets totaling 13.5 million square feet across 15 states. Wells Fargo provided $768.8 million in financing on six loan portfolios, while ACORE Capital issued $160 million for a seventh loan portfolio.

In July, the firm acquired three industrial buildings totaling 557,100 square feet in Lakeland, Fla., for $67.7 million from Stonemont Financial Group. The assets are part of Lakeland Commercial Center, a 90-acre campus located about 30 miles northeast of downtown Tampa, Fla. The property is close to the interchange between Interstate 4, U.S. Route 92 and  Florida State Route 570.
