London-based flexible office marketplace Hubble, which Yardi Systems acquired last year, is extending in the U.S. following a 2025 soft launch in New York City.

The platform is adding seven markets to its portfolio: New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and the wider Bay Area. The initial portfolio comprises more than 10,000 office units across 700+ properties, in collaboration with flex office operators such as Regus, WeWork and Industrious.

Hubble plans on expanding to an additional 10 U.S. markets by year-end, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, Atlanta, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Tampa, Fla. The platform expects to surpass 1,500 properties in its database by the end of 2026.

Senior Sales Executives Henry Howard and Colleen Poling spearheaded the October 2025 launch in the New York office market, with several clients already in the bag, including Cal.com. New York City is ripe for flexible space expansions, with a recent NYC startup leadership survey showing nearly one-third of companies planning to increase office attendance while only 3 percent considered reducing it. This comes amid Manhattan’s swift office rebound, which returned the Big Apple at the forefront of U.S. office once more.

Hubble, which is a leader in the U.K. space, has worked across the pond with clients such as Amazon, Salesforce, Ernst & Young, American Express, Spotify, PwC, Atlassian, Shopify, PayPal and Pfizer, among others. Hubble parent company Yardi is also the majority owner of WeWork.

Note: Commercial Property Executive and Hubble are owned by the same parent company, Yardi Systems.
