Bridge Logistics Buys Land for 1.5 MSF Inland Empire Facility
The industrial project is part of a 245-acre master-planned development.

Bridge Logistics has purchased a 68-acre site, with plans to develop a 1.5 million-square-foot cross-dock logistics facility in Jurupa Valley, Calif. DO Capital Group was the seller.
The site consists of multiple parcels, with the largest one spanning 48 acres, public records show. They previously sold in 2018 for $13 million.
The property is part of a 245-acre mixed-use, master-planned development owned by DO Capital Group. Upon completion, it will also comprise housing, retail, dining and commercial components.
Located just off Route 60 and near Rubidoux Boulevard and California State Route 91, the site has regional access across the Inland Empire. Ontario International Airport is some 16 miles northwest, while Riverside Transit Station is 5 miles southeast.

The planned facility is set to feature 42-foot clear heights, 195- by 250-foot truck courts, 196 dock-high doors and 542 trailer stalls.
JLL Vice Chairmen Peter McWilliams and Mike McCrary facilitated the sale and oversee leasing.
Supply-demand balance holds
Although the industrial sector has cooled, the supply-demand ratio has stabilized, according to one of the conclusions from the latest Yardi Executive Summit. Investors also remain interested in the sector.
New construction has stagnated in the past two years, with Yardi Matrix recording 304.6 million square feet of industrial groundbreakings in 2024 and 305.5 million in 2025, a report shows. As of February, there were 379.4 million square feet under construction, marking 1.8 percent of the existing stock. The Inland Empire had 8.8 million square feet under construction at the time, representing 1.3 percent of inventory.
