TailoredSpace’s portfolio consists of locations across Southern California, in Chino Hills, Corona, Riverside, West Covina, Burbank, Carlsbad, Del Mar Heights, Kearny Mesa and Oceanside. The provider’s Orange County footprint includes flex offices in Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Brea and San Juan Capistrano.
Coworking sector continues upward trend
Across the U.S., the coworking sector registered a significant increase in demand between 2025 and early 2026, according to a recent Yardi Kube report, with 609 new operators entering the market and flex offices rising 15 percent to a total of approximately 9,000 locations. The total flex office space reached 161 million square feet nationwide, marking a 16 percent increase year-over-year.
The data supports recent coworking industry trends, which discuss the sector’s transitioning from a flexible alternative to a structured component for hybrid work. Demand for flex office space is driven by freelancers and small businesses, alongside corporate occupiers, which continue to adopt hybrid work models.
