It’s been a busy week for both commercial real estate new hires and promotions. Companies big and small, across the CRE spectrum and the nation, highlighted new movers and shakers. See below our selection of what’s been going on over the past week!
Matthew Androwich has been promoted to vice president at Lee & Associates of Illinois after joining the company’s industrial brokerage group in 2023. Androwich assists tenants and owners with leasing, acquisitions and development of industrial real estate in the Fox Valley, I-88 Corridor and North and Central DuPage submarkets.
Madison Capital Group has appointed Lacy Bradford as chief marketing officer. Bradford joins from Stockbridge Capital Group and has experience leading marketing, investor communications and capital formation initiatives for institutional real estate investment platforms.
Pamela Buie, Ruth Crittenden, Patrick Girard, Elizabeth Hagin, Yolanda King and Taana Kow-Mayes have been promoted at Selig Enterprises. Buie is vice president of accounting and finance, Crittenden is associate vice president of development, Girard is vice president of investments, Hagin is vice president of marketing and communications, King is vice president of property management and Kow-Mayes is associate vice president of marketing and placemaking. Their responsibilities span Selig’s retail, office, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use portfolio.
Partners Real Estate has hired Ben Carter and Stewart Yates for the company’s health-care investment sales practice in Atlanta. Yates joins as equity partner & lead of the practice from Colliers International’s Atlanta office, while Carter joins as associate broker from Colliers’ Healthcare Advisory Group. The duo specializes in senior housing, behavioral health and other residential care properties.
Westmount Realty Capital has hired Mike Demperio as director of development in the company’s Atlanta office. Demperio joins from CRG, after serving as executive vice president & partner, and has worked on more than 100 million square feet of industrial projects totaling more than $4 billion during his career.
Jason Ferreira has been promoted to acting chairman of the board & CEO at Allegiance Retail Services. Ferreira has served on the company’s board since 2021 and has been a co-op member since 2013.
Stream Data Centers has hired Scott Greubel as executive vice president of construction and Murray Woolcock as CFO. Greubel joins from DPR Construction, after spending 25 years in leadership roles, while Woolcock arrives from Apollo with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in infrastructure development, investment and construction projects.
Michael Hirschfeld and Brian Hirschfeld have joined Colliers’ New York retail service line as vice chair and senior vice president, respectively. Michael Hirschfeld brings decades of retail leasing and advisory experience across global markets, while Brian Hirschfeld has nearly 10 years of retail brokerage and national expansion strategy experience.
Avison Young has hired Libby Hodes, Oliver Petrovic, Jason Schwartzenberg, Christian Stanton and Alex Woodlief in the company’s New York City office. Hodes is director of retail agency and tenant representation, Petrovic and Schwartzenberg are executive directors, Stanton is principal and Woodlief is director of Tri-State investment sales. The hires expand the company’s retail and office tenant representation and investment sales capabilities.
Partners Real Estate has hired Charlie Johnson as executive vice president & head of federal leasing in the company’s Atlanta-based federal leasing practice. Johnson joins from GSA’s Public Buildings Service, after serving as senior leasing program manager, and has nearly 25 years of federal leasing experience.
Richard Kessler has been promoted to CEO at Benenson Capital Partners from COO. Kessler has been with the company for nearly five decades and has served as COO since 1998, working across development, finance and acquisitions.
Centennial has promoted Paul Kurzawa to CEO from president. Kurzawa has expertise across lifestyle, open-air and enclosed retail environments, as well as decades of international operating experience across multiple asset types.
Craig Maturi has joined Kidder Mathews as senior vice president & market leader in the company’s Bellevue, Wash., office. Maturi has more than 20 years of commercial property management experience and oversees portfolio performance, operations and business development for more than 6.5 million square feet.
Holland Partner Group has hired Benjamin Meeker as CFO. Meeker joins from Taubman, after serving as CFO, and has more than two decades of experience in real estate finance, capital markets and strategic leadership.
April Moreland has joined Merchants Capital as senior vice president & GSE chief underwriter in the company’s Washington, D.C., office. Moreland arrives from Citibank Community Capital after serving as director of specialty products and has more than 15 years of leadership experience in GSE and affordable housing underwriting.
Transwestern Development has hired Clark Neuhoff as regional partner for the West region. Neuhoff joins from Alere Property Group, after serving as chief development officer, and has more than two decades of industrial development, investment and asset management experience. Neuhoff has overseen more than 50 ground-up projects totaling nearly 20 million square feet and more than $6 billion in value.
Continental Development Corp. has hired Robert Peddicord as executive vice president in El Segundo, Calif. Peddicord joins from CBRE, after serving as executive managing director of the South Bay office in Greater Los Angeles, and has nearly four decades of commercial real estate experience in the Los Angeles market. At CBRE, Peddicord led the West division’s property management operations for a portfolio exceeding 300 million square feet.
Michael Puline has joined Institutional Property Advisors as senior managing director & national director of the retail division. Puline arrives from a Blackstone portfolio company, after leading national retailer strategy and research for a $9 billion, 19 million-square-foot retail portfolio. During his 25-plus-year career, Puline has executed more than 2,500 leasing and sale transactions totaling $8.5 billion.
Davis has promoted Quentin Reynolds to president & CIO. Reynolds previously led the company’s acquisition team and now chairs the investment committee for each active fund. Reynolds also previously worked in real estate finance and investment management at Lehman Brothers and Silverpeak.
Lee & Associates of Illinois has promoted Tony Russo to executive vice president from senior vice president. Russo specializes in office, medical office and flex properties and has completed more than 3 million square feet of lease and sale transactions totaling more than $500 million during his career.
Sarah Wiebenson has joined Avison Young as senior vice president of retail in the company’s Denver office. Wiebenson founded Grounded Collaborative and has more than 25 years of experience in retail placemaking, tenant representation and urban strategy.

Kristin Koch has joined Hudson Valley Property Group as managing director & head of capital raising, while Diana Bellizzi, Matt Doty, Anna Perez, George Dandolos and Max Wofse advanced to new roles at the affordable housing firm. Bellizzi is managing director & head of investor relations, Doty is CFO & chief compliance officer, Perez is director of design and diligence, Dandolos is associate director of construction and Wofse is asset manager. Koch arrives from Jonathan Rose Cos., where she helped raise more than $1.4 billion for affordable housing strategies.
Portman has hired Keith Benator as executive vice president of capital markets. Benator joins from Jamestown, where he served as senior vice president of acquisitions. He has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has sourced and closed more than $3 billion of capital across residential, mixed-use, retail, hotel, office and industrial assets.
Ashley Celinski and Ian Ouwerkerk have joined JLL Capital Markets as co-heads of agency lending production. Celinski comes from Fannie Mae, where she served as vice president of customer engagement, while Ouwerkerk joins from Freddie Mac, where he was senior vice president of multifamily underwriting and credit. They bring 16 and 18 years of agency experience, respectively, with backgrounds in customer engagement, credit underwriting, multifamily production and risk management.
Woodcliff Realty Advisors LLC has hired Cheri Cook as an ancillary income professional. Cook joins from Elevate CRE Consulting LLC, where she was founder & principal consultant, and specializes in retail revenue strategies beyond traditional leased spaces. Cook’s background includes specialty leasing and common-area initiatives at Taubman Centers, GGP, Kravco Co. and Trammell Crow Co.
James Crowder has joined TruAmerica Multifamily as managing director of affordable housing. Crowder arrives from CCI Inc., where he was executive vice president of acquisitions and asset management, and brings more than 15 years of affordable housing investment, development and operations experience. Crowder has executed more than $2 billion in transactions nationwide and previously held senior roles at LEDG Capital Partners and Hunt Capital Partners.
Kurt Davis has joined Colliers as senior vice president in the company’s Los Angeles office. Davis arrives from The Irvine Co., where he served as in-house leasing director, and specializes in office leasing for landlord and tenant clients. Davis’ background includes institutional leasing, landlord decision-making and asset-level strategy.
Premier Logistics Properties has hired Ryan Devine as vice president of acquisitions. Devine joins from Clarion Partners, where he worked in acquisitions, and has contributed to more than 50 commercial real estate transactions across the U.S. with a combined value of more than $5.5 billion. Devine previously served as a part-time lecturer in UCLA’s Master of Real Estate Development program.
Trey Dove has joined Partners Real Estate as senior vice president in the company’s Atlanta office. Dove arrives from Capital Real Estate Group and specializes in office tenant representation.
Brad Fahlgren has been promoted to managing director of strategic partnerships and capital formation at Bolour Associates Inc. Fahlgren built the company’s investor relations function and developed the infrastructure behind the company’s capital formation platform. The role supports a national investor base across family offices, RIAs and foundations.
Aprio has hired Robert Fraher for the company’s New York City real estate advisory team. Fraher has deep commercial real estate advisory experience, including work across acquisitions, repositioning, dispositions, due diligence, process improvement and audits. The appointment expands the company’s services for clients navigating transactions and regulatory changes.
Neill Kelly and Benjamin Gould have joined SRS Real Estate Partners’ New York City office as senior vice president & managing principal and vice president, respectively. Both arrive from CBRE and specialize in retail real estate advisory work, including dispositions, lease renegotiations, restructuring and valuation strategy.
Stream Realty Partners has hired Chris Oliver, David Guion, Trey Strake and Albert Spiers at the company’s Houston office. Oliver, Guion and Strake joined as vice chairmen, while Spiers joined as vice president. The team arrives from Cushman & Wakefield and brings more than 90 years of combined experience advising major corporate office users on headquarters transactions, build-to-suit developments and other high-impact deals.
Brandon Keesee has joined JLL’s Data Center and Critical Environments practice as managing director of hyperscale and colocation data centers, while Michael Martin has been promoted to managing director of data center operations. Keesee arrives from Apple, where he was a data center operations leader. Both are U.S. Navy veterans with data center leadership backgrounds.
Bluerock has hired Tyler Kimball as managing director & head of real estate credit at the company’s New York City headquarters. Kimball joins from Axonic Capital, where he served as managing director and spent more than a decade on a team that sourced and executed more than $10 billion of real estate transactions. Kimball’s experience spans lending, structured credit and special situations.
Stan Lotridge has joined Edge Realty Partners as principal in the company’s Dallas office. Lotridge arrives from CBRE, where he was senior vice president, and brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience focused on retail. Lotridge’s tenant advisory relationships have included ALDI Inc., Life Time Fitness, Capital One Bank, Target, Eyemasters Eyecare Centers and Bar Louie Restaurants.
Alliance Industrial Co. has promoted Chad Parrish to CIO from managing director. Parrish has overseen more than 10 million square feet of industrial development and helped launch three divisions, expand six markets and raise $1.2 billion in capital investments.
Matthew Pastrano has joined Colliers as senior vice president of multifamily capital markets in the company’s Dallas office. Pastrano arrives from CBRE, where he co-led the Dallas Private Client and Middle Market platform. Since 2023, Pastrano has executed more than $500 million in multifamily transactions throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, spanning recent construction, workforce housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit assets.
Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group has promoted Austin Smith to managing director & partner for the company’s Charlotte and North Carolina at large operations. Smith has been directly involved in closing more than 110 transactions encompassing $4.5 billion in project volume and $3 billion in direct capital placement. Before joining Patterson, Smith worked in JP Morgan’s Real Estate Banking group, providing financing solutions to institutional developers, owners and investors.
McDowell Housing Partners has hired Brian Villa as CIO. Villa joins from a Midwest-based affordable housing developer, where Villa held the same title, and brings nearly two decades of real estate investment experience. The affordable housing executive previously served as general counsel for a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndicator and practiced in corporate and real estate groups at a large regional law firm.
MRP Realty has promoted Zach Wade to president & COO from principal. Wade has nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, capital raising and platform development. Wade helped build the company into an owner-investor developer with more than $8 billion in completed transactions across major property types.
WEEK OF MAY 4, 2026
GFP Real Estate launched GFP Development, naming Brian Steinwurtzel CEO, as well as Tom Ortinau and Scott Beadle as partners. Steinwurtzel previously served as co-CEO of GFP Real Estate and built the company’s development platform, while Ortinau headed acquisitions and Beadle led development and construction. The platform includes NYC office-to-residential conversions and adaptive reuse projects such as 25 Water St., 222 Broadway, 40 Exchange Place and 1540 Broadway.
Owen Biergans and Jacob Ramont have joined Colliers | West Michigan as brokers. Biergans previously worked at CBRE and coordinated logistics operations at Delta Airlines, while Ramont also joined from CBRE, bringing experience in the self storage sector. Ramont has worked with REITs, institutional funds, private equity groups and high-net-worth individuals.
Ware Malcomb has promoted Braden Blake to principal in the company’s Phoenix office. Blake joined the company as an intern in 2014 and became a project manager in 2018. He helped establish Ware Malcomb’s Advanced Projects Group, supporting semiconductor, electric vehicle and advanced manufacturing clients on multiphase campus build-outs exceeding $10 billion in construction costs.
Keller Williams Realty LLC has appointed Christopher Brodhead as chief revenue officer. He joins from Alesco Advisors, where he was principal & chief growth officer, and brings more than 20 years of leadership, business development, capital formation and investor relations experience. Brodhead previously held positions at Benefit Street Partners and Broadstone Real Estate LLC.
Skanska has promoted John Calvin to vice president & account manager for the company’s Mid-Atlantic building operations. Calvin is a nearly 25-year Skanska veteran who started at the company’s Winston-Salem, N.C., office and later held key roles in Roanoke, Va., and Charlottesville, Va. He has built long-standing partnerships with Carilion Clinic, Virginia Tech, Longwood University, The College of William and Mary and the University of Virginia.
Jon Carrasco has joined Partners Real Estate as senior vice president of research in Houston. He arrives from Avison Young, where he served as global lead of business intelligence, and brings more than 20 years of experience spanning commercial real estate, finance and medicine. Carrasco previously held research leadership roles at CBRE and Madison Marquette.
Jay Curran has been promoted to chairman & CEO at Crescent Communities. He previously served as president of multifamily and has been with the company since 2013. Curran led Crescent Communities’ multifamily and build-to-rent businesses, helping scale the platform into a multibillion-dollar portfolio.
Hillpointe has hired Nyssa Delos Santos as vice president of centralized operations. She joins from Weidner Apartment Homes, where she oversaw customer-experience initiatives for portfolios exceeding 70,000 apartments across the U.S. and Canada. Delos Santos brings more than a decade of multifamily leadership experience and began her career at Equity Residential.
Lee & Associates of Illinois has hired Marco Federow as senior associate. Federow joins from KWILL Real Estate Advisory, where he served as director & transportation lead, and started his industrial real estate career in 2020. He also held an industrial real estate role at MK Asset Management.
Newmark has appointed Jack Fuchs as president of Global Asset Services and a member of the company’s executive committee. Fuchs was previously CEO of Spring11, a Newmark subsidiary, where he scaled the business to more than 700 employees advising more than 300 clients worldwide. He brings more than 15 years of experience in due diligence, asset management and investing.
BISON Partners LLC has hired Todd Huber as head of asset management. Huber joins from Paragon Commercial Group, where he served as senior vice president of investments. He spent eight years leading retail acquisitions, development and asset management assignments across Southern California.
Newmark has appointed Tom Hundelt as global head of operations and risk and Justin Smith as global head of health, safety and environment for the company’s Occupier Solutions business. Hundelt has been with Newmark for nearly 20 years and previously led program & project management, while Smith joins from Cushman & Wakefield after serving as head of environmental health & safety for the Americas. Smith has also led global safety program development for data center construction operations at Amazon Web Services.
TMG Partners has promoted Ben Kochalski to co-CEO & CIO. Kochalski previously served as president & CIO and is a member of the company’s investment committee. Before joining TMG, he was principal & director of The John Buck Co.’s JBC West division, where he was responsible for more than $2.7 billion in acquisitions and dispositions.
Brandon Levinson has joined Stream Realty Partners as vice president in the company’s Houston office. Levinson arrives from Interra Capital Group, where he was leasing manager, and brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience. His background includes leasing and investment activity across the Houston office market.
Colliers | Phoenix has hired Ted Liles as executive vice president, Adrea Pringle as associate vice president & transaction manager and David Perez as senior associate. The trio will focus on industrial occupier advisory work, including lease negotiations, site selection, portfolio strategy, relocations, expansions, acquisitions and dispositions.
Tom Maloney has joined Cushman & Wakefield as chair of occupier advisory services. Maloney comes from JLL, where he was executive vice chairman, and brings more than 35 years of experience.
CBRE has named John Morris group president of leasing for the company’s U.S. and Canada advisory business and Chris Zubel executive managing director of industrial and logistics. Morris previously led CBRE’s Americas Industrial & Logistics business, overseeing $73.6 billion in leasing and sales transactions in 2025. Zubel is a 23-year CBRE veteran who previously served as executive managing director of investor services in industrial and logistics and will now oversee 840 brokers.
Sean Perrier has joined Lincoln Property Co. as vice president of industrial acquisitions for Southern California. Perrier arrives from CT Realty, where he focused on the acquisition, development and disposition of large-scale logistics parks. He brings a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in logistics center transactions and development.
Dan Stratis has joined Friedman Real Estate as market lead in the company’s Chicago office. Stratis brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, having previously held leadership positions at Inland Real Estate and Draper & Kramer.
Slate Property Group has hired Cristina Wark as director of leasing for Abode Residential. Wark arrives from HUBBNYC, where she served as vice president of residential leasing, and brings more than a decade of multifamily and affordable housing leasing experience. She previously managed leasing for approximately 1,000 units at Olshan Properties.
Thomas Park Commercial has hired Tim Zulick as president. Zulick brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience across the Mid-Atlantic. He previously held leadership roles at CBRE, First Potomac Realty Trust and Trammell Crow Co.

Transwestern has hired Alissa Adler and John Homsher as managing directors in Chicago. Adler and Homsher join from Colliers’ office capital markets team and bring more than 35 years and more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience, respectively, across office, industrial and medical office assets.
Hunter Alexander has joined Colliers | Kansas City as senior vice president. Alexander brings a decade of experience advising on headquarters relocations, portfolio strategy, acquisitions, dispositions and lease restructurings, most recently through tenant-representation leadership roles at Stream Realty Partners and Pace Properties | Avison Young.
LevRose Commercial Real Estate has promoted Hunter Chasse to partner. Chasse previously served as senior advisor and specializes in office and industrial owner/user and investment sales throughout the Scottsdale, Ariz., market after building an earlier foundation in multifamily.
Luke Davis has joined Wood Partners as managing director in Washington, D.C. Davis arrives from Kettler, where he was CIO, and helped lead transactions totaling more than 16,000 units and more than $4 billion in capitalization.
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Ralph DePasquale and Liam Waters for its Chicago multifamily investment sales team as managing director and financial analyst, respectively. Both join from Berkadia and bring multifamily experience spanning investment sales, underwriting, market research and debt and equity restructuring work.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has promoted Jimmy Fitch to senior portfolio manager in Richmond, Va. Fitch, a certified property manager, brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate management experience and previously held roles at Colliers and Wilton Properties.
Emma Jeffries and Michael Fränkle have joined Vantage Data Centers as global chief people officer and COO for EMEA, respectively. Jeffries previously served as chief people officer at ATOMS and earlier led people strategy for Iron Mountain, while Fränkle brings more than 25 years of telecommunications and digital infrastructure experience from senior roles across multiple companies.
Sentral has hired Nitesh Gandhi as chief commercial officer and Jenelle Shapiro as vice president of marketing. Gandhi founded Locale and brings more than a decade of experience across hospitality and technology, while Shapiro joins from Sares Regis Group with more than 15 years of multifamily and hospitality marketing leadership.
Gabriella Garcia, Lexi Keppler, Griffin Palmer and Kevin Reardon have been promoted at Midloch Investment Partners in Chicago. Garcia is now senior investor relations coordinator, Keppler has advanced to senior associate, Palmer became director of investments and Reardon was named director of asset management for the commercial portfolio.
Younger Partners has hired Steven Grant as managing director of retail brokerage in Dallas. Grant founded SLG Commercial and brings more than 20 years of experience spanning retail investment, brokerage, leasing and development.
Alexi Haas has joined INGAGE as chief operating officer of public affairs and governmental relations. Haas previously served as vice president of land acquisitions at Taylor Morrison and earlier held entitlements roles at Lennar, helping lead more than $500 million in land transactions across South Florida.
Stream Realty Partners has hired Ben Landes as director of market intelligence and technology for Florida. Landes joins from JLL and brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate, data and technology, with a focus on office and industrial assets.
Lindsay Lechner has joined Middleburg as managing director and head of capital markets. Lechner arrives from Trammell Crow Co. and brings nearly 20 years of finance and real estate experience, including nine years at PGIM Real Estate, structuring capital for large-scale multifamily development platforms.
Rob Russell and Harris O’Connell have joined Regions Bank’s real estate capital markets group as managing director and capital markets real estate transaction manager, respectively. The hires strengthen the bank’s multifamily capital markets platform, pairing Russell’s leadership background in special servicing and large-scale finance with O’Connell’s transaction management role.
Cortland has hired Sam Scherer as director of client relations and capital markets. Scherer joins from Virtus Real Estate Capital and brings capital markets experience and relationships with institutional investors.
Brian Smith has been promoted by Brand Properties to president of the management, leasing and advisory division in Atlanta. Smith previously served as executive vice president of leasing and development and now oversees a team of more than 60 professionals serving retail and office properties.
Andreas Vlahakis has joined Gilbane Development as head of capital markets in the company’s New York City office. Vlahakis arrives from Thor Equities, where he was managing director for capital markets, and brings experience across asset classes with an emphasis on ground-up multifamily and student housing investments.
Newmark has promoted Robert Vodinelic to head of strategy for its U.S. valuation and advisory business. Vodinelic previously served as regional managing director for the Midwest and Northeast and brings more than 25 years of experience across complex valuations, litigation matters and advisory assignments.
Peter Welch has joined SJP Properties as an investment associate. Welch arrives from Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team and has supported office, multifamily and mixed-use transactions across the New York City metropolitan area.
Brett Williams has joined Newmark as senior vice president of property management. Williams comes from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was executive managing director & Canada lead for asset services, and brings more than 25 years of experience overseeing office, industrial and retail portfolios totaling more than 200 million square feet.

Lincoln Property Co. has hired Nicole Audette as managing director of Los Angeles property management. Audette joins from Transwestern, where she was senior vice president of asset services. She brings more than 30 years of experience and has overseen more than 6 million square feet of commercial real estate across Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Meredith Barry has joined Cortland as vice president of business development. Barry comes from The Bozzuto Group, where she most recently served as vice president of client services. She brings more than a decade of multifamily experience and has generated more than $11.5 million in management and advisory fees while representing more than 16,000 units at Bozzuto.
Ella Berckmans and Allison Buck have joined JLL‘s Nonprofit, Education & Government Practice in the New York City Tri-State Area as senior associate and managing director, respectively. Both joined from Savills, where they worked together for the past three years. They will advise mission-driven organizations across the region.
Basin Street Properties has promoted Stephen Biehle to CFO, Jacob Chaparian to vice president of leasing and Elaine Nelson to vice president of operations. Biehle joined the company 18 months ago and will oversee financial strategy, planning and reporting. Chaparian began as an intern eight years ago, while Nelson has spent 10 years with the firm and most recently served as director of property management.
Mason Bodie and Leslie Brown have joined Avison Young‘s Denver office as senior associate of investment sales and senior vice president of investment sales, respectively. Bodie arrives from Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, where he managed real estate portfolios exceeding $1 billion, while Brown founded Colorado Craft Brokers and has closed more than $250 million in commercial real estate transactions. Their experience spans investment sales, structured capital, land and development assignments.
Newmark has appointed Eric Brown as the Americas head of project management. Brown joins from Turner & Townsend, where he led project management advisory services in New York City and New Jersey.

She founded the firm’s investor relations department, and she helped expand the team from one person to seven. SRS Real Estate Partners has hired Louie Tijerina as vice president of retail in its Brownsville, Texas, office. Tijerina joins from CBRE, but also served at Hopkings Commercial Real Estate, engaging in landlord leasing and project marketing.
St. John Properties Inc. has promoted Cindy Wills to accounts receivable supervisor in its property management division. Wills has more than 20 years of property management experience and oversees accounts receivable at the Baltimore headquarters, supporting 15 satellite offices nationwide.

St. John Properties has promoted DJ Andrew to senior vice president of property management. Andrew is a certified public accountant and earned degrees from the University of Delaware and Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Jeanne Ayivorh, William Jordan, Daniel Killinger and Kevin Verdi have been promoted at National Real Estate Advisors. Ayivorh became chief technology officer; Jordan, the current CFO, joined the management team; Killinger was promoted to executive vice president & COO; and Verdi added executive vice president to his role as CIO. Jordan joined the firm in 2023 from Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate, and Verdi has been with National more than 20 years.
JLL has promoted Mencía Barreiros to head of communications. Barreiros previously led marketing for the EMEA region and has held leadership roles at BBVA, Schroders and Meliá Hotels International.

EML Realty Partners has hired Andrew Brunetto as director of investments. Brunetto has worked on more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions and previously held investment roles with AXA Investment Managers, now BNP Paribas Asset Management, and America’s Capital Partners, as well as B&D Holdings.

Stream Realty Partners has hired Joe Reilly as regional managing director of property management in its Washington, D.C., office. Reilly was previously vice president, director of property management & asset services at Akridge.

Kidder Mathews has appointed Fred Aframian as managing director of the company’s Sherman Oaks, Calif., office. He oversaw more than $500 million in deals across his tenure of 20-plus years.
Mike Baumgardner has been promoted to president at LevRose Commercial Real Estate. He joined the company in 2017 and previously held the role of managing director.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has promoted six people to executive vice president. Brian Berkey, Bruce Bigger, Connie Jordan Nielsen, John Pritzlaff, Graham Stoneburner and Rett Turner are the ones stepping into new positions. Wyatt Poats has also been appointed as vice president. They provide industrial, retail and office services across Virginia.
Several other promotions took place in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group. Karolina Breithaupt and Lisa Harris advanced to associate directors. Kitchel Bunger climbed to chief engineer, while Sarah-Kate Shea became portfolio manager and Alex Denisco progressed to assistant portfolio manager.

Crescent Real Estate has two new vice presidents and one senior vice president. Tony Click is now senior vice president of leasing, while Valeria Caso Hatley has been appointed as vice president & deputy general counsel in the legal department. Peter Miquelon was promoted to vice president of investments for the office and hospitality sectors. Crescent Real Estate also hired Stephen Lin as vice president, hospitality.
Matt Dittman has been promoted to senior vice president & partner at CRG. He joined the firm in 2020, guiding capital for more than a dozen industrial projects totaling some 3.8 million square feet.
Americold has appointed a new CFO & executive vice president starting Feb. 23: Christopher Papa, who held the same role at CenterPoint Properties. The company also promoted Nathan Harwell to chief people officer, in addition to his current responsibilities as chief legal officer.

Vanessa Manners has landed the position of assistant vice president of marketing and communications at Transwestern. She joined from Impact Development Management, where she was marketing director. Manners also served at Hudson Pacific Properties and Irvine Co.
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has promoted Chris Migliori to president after serving as executive vice president & principal in the firm’s Newport Beach, Calif., office. He has closed on more than 1,500 transactions exceeding 50 million square feet.
Jeff Royce and Kevin O’Reilly joined Cushman & Wakefield as directors, bolstering the company’s Grand Rapids, Mich., brokerage team. The duo will work across all major commercial real estate sectors throughout the state.
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has tapped Kevin Prouty as senior director. He previously served as vice president at CBRE, with experience in debt and equity financing.

Invesco Real Estate tapped Carly Tripp as managing director & client portfolio manager, according to Commercial Observer. With a Bachelor’s in finance and international business, as well as a Masters in economics, she previously served as CIO & head of investments at Nuveen Real Estate.
Kori Walsh was promoted by St. John Properties to creative project manager from senior graphic designer. She holds a Bachelor in graphic design from Loyola University in Maryland.
