The light-industrial buildings, completed between 1995 and 1996, feature 24-foot clear heights, 68 dock-high doors, seven grade-level doors and 523 vehicle parking spots. Tenants leasing the properties include PPG Industries Inc., Emerson Climate Technologies, RPI Print and UG Contracting, according to Yardi Matrix.
Link Logistics’ recent purchase follows a series of notable industrial deals. Elsewhere in metro Atlanta, the company spent $44.8 million for Clayton Commerce Center II in Ellenwood, Ga. TA Realty sold the 365,490-square-foot property in September last year. A month earlier, Link Logistics sold a two-building, 1.6 million-square-foot industrial asset in McDonough, Ga. The buyer, Bridge Logistics Properties, expanded its national footprint to 16.3 million square feet.
Atlanta investment pace keeps steady
Nationwide, the industrial investment volume in 2025 surpassed numbers from two years ago, hitting $68.4 billion as of December, according to a recent Yardi Matrix national report. Despite sector struggles, such as oversupply and tariffs, investment activity picked up pace, helped by lower interest rates.
In Atlanta, investors traded $2.2 billion as of December 2025, with industrial assets selling at $131 per square foot. The metro ranked eighth among the top 25 U.S. markets, with prices below the national average of $134 per square foot.
