Duke Realty Appoints New VP
Scott Henderson has more than 15 years of experience and will be in charge of leasing and development activities. He will oversee a 6.1 million-square-foot portfolio in Pennsylvania.
Duke Realty Corp. has selected Scott Henderson as its newest vice president of leasing and development. In his new role, Henderson will oversee the leasing operations for the company’s 6.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio, as well as source new business for the Pennsylvania region.
Henderson has 17 years of commercial real estate experience and most recently served as senior vice president at Nappen & Associates. Between 2008 and 2014, he was managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. From 2005 to 2008, Henderson was director at Cushman & Wakefield and prior to that, associate vice president with Grubb & Ellis.
The recently appointed executive has a BA in communications from University of Arizona. Henderson is also a member of NAIOP, Tri-State Realtors Alliance and SIOR, where he previously served as treasurer.
Duke Realty is currently developing its new Indianapolis headquarters in a joint venture with PK Partners LLC.
