Huff, Niehaus & Associates Arranges Sale of KY Hotel
Dhami, Sohal & Sehgal Properties sold 101-key Hampton Inn in Horse Cave for $4.4 million. The new owner plans to renovate the building.

The Hampton Inn in Horse Cave, Ky.
Huff, Niehaus & Associates Inc., a member of Hotel Brokers International, facilitated the sale of the Hampton Inn in Horse Cave, Ky. The broker represented the seller, Dhami, Sohal & Sehgal Properties LLC. The 101-room hotel traded for $4.4 million.
Located at 750 Flint Ridge, the hotel is three miles from downtown Horse Cave and 10 miles to the Guntown Mountain Amusement Park. The hotel includes an indoor pool, rooms with free Wi-Fi, gym and business center.
“The sale presents an incredible opportunity for the buyer to rebrand and operate as a newly flagged Holiday Inn Express after completion of the Formula Blue renovation. The new modern exterior will be like none other in the Cave Country market attracting more customers for greater occupancies,” said Huff, Niehaus & Associates President Brandt Niehaus, in a prepared statement.
Recently, Crystal Investment Property LLC, another Hotel Brokers International member, secured the sale of Silverton Inn & Suites, a boutique hotel in Silverton, Ore.
