Skanska Invests $49M in Sweden Office Project
Construction is set to start in the second quarter of 2017 and completion of Epic is slotted for the third quarter of 2019.

Skanska is investing around $49 million in the office project Epic, located in Malmö, Sweden. The building is Skanska’s next step in the development of Universitetsholmen in Malmö, after the success of nearby projects including Malmö Live and STUDIO.
Epic Sustainability
The six-story Epic will offer around 182,986 square feet of modern and sustainable facilities and an atrium. The building will be one of Sweden’s first offices registered for a WELL certification, which is based on seven years of medical and scientific research and how the built environment affects people.
Construction is set to start in the second quarter of 2017 and completion of Epic is slotted for the third quarter of 2019.
