Arizona Land Use Law Firm Promotes Partner to Owner

Phoenix—Land use law firm Withey Morris has promoted Adam Baugh from partner to owner.

Baugh joined the company in 2007 as an associate attorney. Throughout his career, he has specialized in obtaining zoning and land use entitlements, as well as business approvals on behalf of development clients. In addition, he has extensive experience in infill development projects. During his time at Withey Morris, Baugh has completed stipulation changes, variances, site plan approvals and plats.

“Adam possesses specialized knowledge that continues to differentiate Withey Morris and we’re excited about his new ownership role,” Jason Morris, founding partner & owner, said in a prepared statement.

Baugh serves on various boards and committees, including the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce board, Maricopa County Development Task Force and Gilbert Leadership Class XX. He earned his B.A. in International Studies in 2002 from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law.
