Dallas—Sava Holdings Ltd. has developed Four Points Dallas Fort Worth Airport North, a 156-key hotel in Coppell, Texas, on behalf of Marriott International Inc.

“Four Points appeals to the modern traveler and is one of the fastest growing brands in the Marriott portfolio because it provides guests with everything they need and want on the road,” Paige Francis, Four Points vice president of global brand management, told Commercial Property Executive. “Four Points has helped breathe new life into select service brands including the once ‘sad hotel by the airport’ category, revolutionizing what it means to have a layover.”

This marks the brand’s first hotel in the greater Dallas area and ninth in the state of Texas.

Located at 580 Point West Blvd., the hotel features 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, a pool, a 24-hour fitness center, business center, and fast and free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy full-service dining as well as our iconic Best Brews and BBQ program, which features refreshing local beers on tap and seasonal BBQ-style appetizers at the hotel lounge.

“Our company philosophy is to really cater to the needs of today’s modern traveler. It made sense then to choose to open a new hotel in Dallas that offers comfort and authenticity via a casual and relaxed ambiance with genuine service, airport convenience, and a sense of the local,” Francis said. “The new property offers approachable design, stylish comfort and all the brand’s popular extras so guests can embrace the local and feel at home on the road.”

The hotel is situated at the intersection of Interstate 635 and Belt Line Road and is just 5 miles from Dallas Fort Worth Airport and convenient to AT&T Stadium, American Airlines Center, Globe Life Park and downtown Dallas.

Four Points is on track to expand its portfolio of rooms by nearly 60 percent over the next five years with new hotels strategically located in nearly every corner of the globe. Hotels expected to open in North America by the end of 2017 include locations in Cleveland, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Atlanta, Detroit, Charlotte, Houston and Salt Lake City, among others.

According to CBRE’s latest hospitality market report, diversified and growing economy, robust convention market, growing tourism and increasing population have all contributed to the success of the Dallas-Fort Worth hotel market.
