Crown, Highgate to Buy NYC Trophy Tower from Carlyle Group for $1.3B
A joint venture between New York-based retail developer Crown Acquisitions and Highgate Holdings has acquired the trophy 27-story glass and steel office and retail tower at 650 Madison Ave., for $1.3 billion from global alternative asset manager The Carlyle Group.
